This is impressive. Especially number of visitors from overseas. I know that sitemeter is a very reliable service and cannot be faked.
However, I must say that you might have done extensive progromming, but your choice of advertising is not very intelligent. Facebook is not that extensively used by Indians i.e. people who are your target audience.
You should have used google adwords and adsense advertisements to promote your site.
I hope, that you will soon realise this. You may see that presently you are getting more than 300 visitors daily, but how many of them are becoming visitors?
That way you are just wasting your money on a lost cause. I also saw your advertisement on Facebook and came to know about this site.
You are the best judge. Do the smart thing and join Google adwords. Your site is a good site. I saw the training videos. Also since it is based on open source technologies, this makes it even better.
Since you do not plan to make any money from your site, i.e. as you say that this is a no profit endeavour, I understand that it will be difficult for you to advertise on Google, but I am sure that once you get the members, you will be noot only able to recover yuor costs, but will also be able to move onto a faster dedicated server from your present shared hosting server, which is slower at times. This will drive even more traffic to your site.
Why don’t you start programming full time? You seem to have good skills and this is a more paying alternative.
