The International Members issue has been more or less resolved. I have resolved it for Australia and will be resolving it for Canada, USA and UK tonight.

By the way here is the source of data that I have used: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_cities_in_Australia. You can still manually enter the city but not county. For County, choose the nearest state or choose Others.
